Currently I am leading the full recruitment operation in our ~4000 HC manufacturing and product development location, building our recruiters' know-how and manage the daily operation. My main tasks are taking care of my people, coordinating the hiring strategy of recruitment and leasing companies, interacting with manufacturing leaders and plant managers, and support the business with the strategic usage of the most modern recruitment instruments to ensure the continuous candidate flow.
